What size coaches do you operate?

We offer a range of coach sizes to suit different group needs, from smaller groups to larger parties, ensuring everyone travels in comfort and style. Our available coaches include 44, 53, 55, 60, 61, and 63-seat options, allowing us to provide the perfect vehicle for any trip.

Are your coaches air-conditioned?

Yes, for your safety and comfort, our 53, 55, 60, and 61 seat coaches are fitted with Hispacold Eco3 air purifiers, which have been tested to remove 99.7% of airborne coronavirus, and all of our coaches are climate-controlled to ensure a pleasant environment on every journey.

Is there any on-board entertainment?

Our coaches offer a high-quality music system and a DVD player to keep you entertained throughout your trip, and we also have refreshment facilities so you can relax and enjoy your journey in comfort.

Do your coaches have a toilet and seat belts?

Yes, all of our executive coaches are equipped with a toilet for your convenience during longer journeys. They also feature comfortable reclining seats and either three-point or lap safety belts.

Do you offer private coach hire?

Yes, we provide bespoke private coach hire for groups of all sizes, from intimate parties to larger gatherings, tailoring every journey to your needs. Our modern coaches, ranging from 44 to 63 seats, offer a seamless and comfortable travel experience across the UK and Europe.

For groups of six or more, we’re also pleased to offer pick-ups from Beverley and surrounding villages in East Riding.

How do I book and pay for my trip?

To confirm your place, full payment is required at the time of booking. You can pay easily through our website at www.leshollandcoachtravel.co.uk or by bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Les Holland Logistics (LHL) Ltd. Prompt payment helps us secure your booking quickly and efficiently.

Does everyone need their own seat on the coach?

Yes. For the comfort and safety of all passengers, each person travelling must have their own seat, including infants over 18 months of age. We recommend that parents or guardians provide a suitable car or booster seat for young children, as required for their age and safety.

Can children travel without an adult?

Passengers under the age of 18 must travel with a responsible adult, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Children under 16 years old cannot travel on board without an accompanying adult. Please note that child fares apply to passengers aged under 16 on the day of travel.

What happens if I’m late for departure?

Our coach schedules are carefully planned to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for everyone. Please arrive at your pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the stated departure time, as the coach cannot wait for late arrivals and will depart as scheduled.

Your return time will be confirmed by your driver on the day of travel. It’s your responsibility to return to the coach promptly at the time given. If you miss the return departure, it will be assumed that you are making your own way home.

Les Holland Coach Travel cannot accept responsibility for any losses or additional costs resulting from late arrival at either the outbound or return departure points.

Can I get a refund or transfer my booking?

All day trips are non-refundable, but we understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to travel, your ticket can be transferred to another person at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least one week before departure so we can update our records for insurance purposes.

If we ever need to cancel a trip (for example, due to low bookings), we’ll contact you one week before departure.

You’ll be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip, subject to availability.

Can the itinerary change?

Occasionally, we may need to make small adjustments to the planned itinerary. These changes are only made when necessary and are always designed to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment throughout the trip.

Can I bring alcohol on the coach?

For the comfort and safety of all our passengers, we kindly ask that no alcohol be brought onto or consumed during our day trips. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Is smoking or vaping allowed on board?

No. To keep the coach clean, comfortable, and safe for all passengers, smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted at any time. 

What terms apply to my booking?

Your booking with Les Holland Coach Travel is made under these Terms and Conditions, along with the written confirmation provided at the time of reservation. These terms help ensure a fair, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone who travels with us.

Is my booking financially protected?

Yes. All of our coach trips that include multiple travel services are classed as packages under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, which means you benefit from full consumer rights and protection.

Les Holland Coach Travel is fully responsible for the proper performance of your package. In the unlikely event that the company becomes insolvent, your payments are protected and, if transport is included, your repatriation is ensured.

We are members of the Bonded Coach Holiday Group, a government-approved consumer protection scheme overseen by the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT). You can check our membership online or by contacting ABTOT directly.
